We no longer accept children under 10 years old, our infrastructure is not suitable for them.

Picnics and other food deposits are prohibited in the rooms for hygiene reasons. In fact, we risk ant infestations if food is brought into the rooms, in addition, a room that is currently being rented is prohibited for us, evenfor a brief cleaning, unless expressly requested by the customer. Many dining areas are available outdoors.

Our pets are not allowed in the rooms due to allergies and other inconveniences.

We serve breakfast personally at the table, Nelson offers these good scrambled eggs on request. Breakfasts are taken in the open kitchen, covered all year round facing the mountains.

We offer to wash your laundry (5€ maximum 5Kg - dryer 5€ maximum 5Kg) A space and equipment for your small laundry is available to you near the outdoor shower and the clothes lines.

We practice selective sorting of our waste at home with your participation. Containers are available at the entrances and exits of all villages to allow you to deposit your hiking waste and plastics without detour, the Madeirans are very concerned of the cleanliness of their island.
