Situated on a plateau halfway up the Boaventura Mountains, the property offers sea and mountain views in the heart of a UNESCO protected laurel forest. Just a few steps from the most beautiful levadas and hiking trails in Madeira. Our accommodation is NOT a hotel but a real B&B in a local's home.

We no longer accept children under 10 years old, our facilities are not suitable for them.
We offer two fully equipped rooms, shower, WC, 160x200 bed, courtesy tray, flat screen TV, bathrobes, hair dryer, shower soaps and shampoo, bath towels.
The rooms include a sweet and savoury breakfast. From 08:00 to 10:30 (delivery of bread rolls is only guaranteed from 08:00)
Breakfast is served at the table, and to be consumed on site (to take away only upon reservation 24 hours in advance) and Nelson will be happy to prepare your scrambled eggs on request.
Any special requests regarding breakfast should be communicated to us by email, including any concerns regarding allergies.
Check-in is from 2pm, not before. Rooms must be vacated by 11am. (For hygiene and safety reasons, rooms are stripped of furniture, disinfected, vacuumed, cleaned and returned to their original condition for our next visitors upon each departure.)

Private access for each room with direct access to the outside. Breakfast is served in the dining room at the covered and fully equipped barbecue available to visitors. (condiments not included, except salt and pepper)
For hygiene reasons, no food or food waste is allowed in the rooms, and pets are not allowed. (Storage and cooling facilities are available in the barbecue area).
You are renting specific rooms in a private house, so please let us know your arrival time as early and precisely as possible. so that we can welcome you and be present upon your arrival.
Nelson is becoming an "expert" on hiking and recreation, and is always happy to give you advice and help.
Surfing, diving or other sports equipment is now prohibited in the rooms. (There is a table outside to store your sports equipment)

In order to comply with the obligations relating to the Foreigners Service (SEF), each visitor is invited to complete an information sheet which they must present to this service.
PS: 1) Please note that the calendar algorithm only allows two people per room. If you plan to share the room with more than three people (a child), the algorithm will announce the occupied rooms by default! because you exceed the number of people per room, do not hesitate to contact us!

In order to avoid any accidents when using the machines, we offer you the possibility of washing your laundry yourself for €5 per machine, maximum 5 kg, and for the dryer for €5, maximum 5 kg.
Booking sites like AIRBNB - BOOKING and all the others sell you our rooms at a slightly higher price and charge us increasingly higher commissions (around 20%), so when you book here you participate in the sustainability of our activities and instead of giving this 20% to AIRBNB, BOOKING and companies, we can more easily reinvest these sums in accessories for your comfort!
For cost reasons and to speed up payment, we recommend our customers to pay by bank transfer. However, other payment systems remain available on our site via the STRIPE application or VISA. - Master-Card.
